In the event that a scheduled match is cancelled due to weather, the cancellation notice will be posted here under EVENTS.

2026 AFRA Provincial Fullbore Competition information:


Distances - twice each distance at 300/600 Friday, 400/800 Saturday, and 
500/900, Sunday (12 distances in total). As always, last minute changes 
may dictate otherwise.

Rounds - based on 2+15 at each distance, 204+ rounds, plus blow-off each 
morning and some extras just in case.

Winning score is based on the aggregate of all three days.  No 
individual classifications, awards are based strictly on final 
placements in each discipline.

Match fee $40 per day for non-members ($120 for all 3 days) , payable by EMT on the Thursday before the 
match (don't pay early in the event that we have to cancel). No 
per-registration required. Any 'no go' decision based on weather 
concerns will be made on the Wednesday preceding the match and will be posted here.

To accommodate participants bringing trailers for camping at the provincial event, please submit an access request to memberships@fullbore.club

Should the weather change, we will post any updates or cancellations as soon as possible.

Scheduled Practice days are for members only.


REGISTRATION & FEES - Pre-registration no longer required 

  • Match Fees: As we transition away from online registration, non-members are asked to pay their match fees by e-transfer. The fee is $40 per day.

    Please do not send your e-transfer until the Thursday (the day before the match). Any weather-related cancellations will be decided on Wednesday evening (2 days before the match) and announced at that time.

    All payments are non-refundable. To avoid paying for a cancelled event, please wait until Thursday to send your payment, after the match has been confirmed to proceed.


    E-transfers can be sent to afra.memberships@gmail.com.

    Registration will be at 8:00am in person for each scheduled match.

    Shooting Benches are a first come first serve.  If you require a shooting bench mention it at registration.

    Note:  Muzzle brakes are not permitted on our range.  Any firearm equipped with a muzzle brake must have it removed before the shooter can register for and participate in a match.
